Veg Pasta Frenzy

Ingredients


-1 green chillie Chopped

-2 onions chopped

-1 tray of mushrooms Sliced

-1 green pepper chopped

-5 carrots chopped

-1 teaspoon chillie powder ( very much optional)

-1 packet spaghetti - break spaghetti in fours before Boiling it.

-1 packet baby spinach - finely chopped and leave a few leaves whole.

-Oil /Olive oil

-1 chopped potatoe

-2 finely chopped tamatoe

-Black Pepper

-Spices - of your choice

-Salt


Method

Heat pan or pot on medium and oil/olive oil, add onions to fry, reduce temperature and add chillie, mushrooms, pepper, potatoe and carrot and let it fry for a few minutes.

Add the spices of your choice, salt, black pepper and chillie powedee. Mix and reduce heat on low.

Once the above is semi cooked add the finely chopped spinach and tamatoe and let it cook.

Boil the spaghetti as per instruction.

Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the vegetables and let it simmer.

Garnish with whole baby spinach and sesame seeds.
